A performance space of at least 8 feet by 8 feet, a decent lighting source ( front lit ), and audience seated facing toward the front of the performance area for magic shows.
For strolling magic no technical requirements are necessary.
A parking space.
Location, Load-in and load-out in relation to the performance area and parking.
I provide all sound equipment necessary for my performance.

I have been involved in magic for over 40 years and have been performing professionally for a decade.
Too many to mention but Copperfield, Harry Blackstone Jr., Harry Anderson, Dan Harlan, Scott Alexander, and Doug Anderson are at the top of the list.
Set-up can range from 15 minutes to an hour depending on the type of show and venue....and typical show lengths are 30 to 45 minutes.
For walk-around and strolling magic yes. If it is a more traditional show being performed outside it is important to have a flat level surface as a performance area.
As a magician I perform my material.
