We are a professional 6 piece jazz band with vocalists who can play unplugged. Great for after the ceremony, corporate events, festivals or even by the pond!
The Alvar Treefrogs was born from the idea of breathing life into long forgotten music, the music that made the streets of New Orleans the place to dance and party in the 20's, 30's and 40's, music so cool you want to jump and dance to it. We've played all over the UK and beyond at festivals like Wilderness and Citadel, weddings and corporate events, the Royal Albert Hall and even under our favourite tree in Beckenham Park.
All six musicians are professional players who have worked with some of the finest orchestras, jazz bands and pit bands in the UK. We were united by a shared love of the sounds of New Orleans.
