"Recently booked Venus and Mars to play at my wedding. The whole booking was easy and quick. Band kept in touch before the date which was a weight off my mind I didn’t have to chase them up for anything. They arrived the night before the wedding and set up and did a sound check in plenty of time. The performance was world class, everyone has been complimenting us on choice of band, specifically we asked for a Pink Floyd song as it was my late father in laws favourite. The guitar player played comfortably numb and there wasn’t a dry eye in the hall. Incredible! Very professional! Great people to be around! Highly recommended!"

"There are songs that just stand out because they are so different from everything out there. “Stay Down Kat”, by The Unknowns, is definitely one of those songs. There’s a suave, jazzy, bluesy feel to this song, with great lead and backing vocals. It’s sultry, sensual, mysterious, and controlled, yet it has its powerful moments. And who can resist a great sax solo? Those things will draw you in, and soon The Unknowns will be known. "

"Paul and Lindsay were the perfect addition to my grandma’s big family reunion / birthday party. Their communication throughout the booking process was flawless and professional. The actual performance was spell-bounding . The tunes they played were so nostalgic and nobodies feet could stay still. All guests were very impressed, and The Publicans were the talk of the party. "We can’t recommend The Beat Pilots enough! We saw them play in Chester back in 2019 when we got engaged and knew they were exactly the band we wanted for our wedding, we are so glad they were available to play (after postponements too!). The band were great at communicating with us before the wedding and on the day too. We were running a bit behind schedule and the band were really calm and patient while they waited for the previous band to pack up so they could get started, which was really great to help our night run smoothly. The Beat Pilots excel in reading the audience and choosing songs that keep everyone on the dance floor, they got everyone involved singing along and were very accommodating when some of our more lively guests thought they were good enough to join the band!! So so many of our guests commented how amazing the music was at our wedding, it was so special to hear such great live music after so long. We are over the moon that we had the privilege to work with The Beat Pilots and are already wondering when we can go and see them play again or organise another party to hire them!!"

"We booked the band for our wedding 8th June 2019 and they were great. Rather than the standard wedding playlists it was more along the lines of classic indie/rock throughout, without alienating the oldies who were loving it. Dancefloor was packed from the first song. Probably best said from one of our guests: "Awesome night mate. Best wedding music I’ve ever experienced. And I’m really old and have experienced loads". Thanks guys!"

"We booked The Always for our wedding in Devon and just wow. We booked the full 5 piece band with keys, and it was so good. Having the upright bass was a real awesome part of the aesthetics. Also a huge thank you for performing our first dance live, it was quite an obscure song so it is hugely appreciated! I would recommend anyone thinking of booking The Always , don’t think. Just do it!"

"Dennis Doyle, an old style rocker with dark sunglasses that he didn't take off all night. He had a calm-cool on song after song with his fine backing band, DENSiTY. I did not know Dennis' material but there was nothing he played I didn't like."

We were so excited to have you play for us but I think we were just amazed at how brilliant you were. We had the BEST time and our guests just constantly said how great the band was. You played all of our favourite songs, you had everyone on the dance floor for the whole night.
