"I wish I could give Luigi & Ceola Manor a higher rating than 5 stars. From the moment we looked at the venue to the day of our wedding, both Rachel and Luigi were extremely helpful. My wedding was perfect! I had 170 guests and everyone one I've spoken to had an amazing time, and I've received rave reviews on the food and the service. People are still talking about how good the prime rib was! The location is also beautiful. Ceola is located along lake Osceola in Jefferson Valley in the Hudson Valley region. I noticed a few of my friend's changed their Facebook profile photos to the ones taken at my wedding. The weather also helped. It was a gorgeous day, but I'm sure even if the weather "

"From start to finish Luigi and Rachel were a great pleasure to work with it. They made wedding planning easy. We had our ceremony in gazabo, just a very beautiful setting. The grounds are well kept and the view of the lake made it just perfect. I didn't have much food, but everyone talked about how much food there was and how good it was. The service was fantastic. Everyone worked really hard to make sure I was happy, comfortable and that the guest enjoyed the evening. If you are looking for somewhere you won't have to take a second job to pay for your wedding and people who take the time to "know" you as a bride.... then it's Luigi & Rachel"

With some foodies in the group, including friends who sell their own food to local restaurants and offer cooking classes, it takes something special to impress them. Very well done! "I was @ The Garage Chilwell today for their food market and met Jon and Alex who were so lovely and friendly. I had the oreo cookie waffle which was amazing and well worth the calories!! I can't wait to see these guys at the next event and try another amazing waffle!! Caroline BB."

"My Wife and I worked with Charlene and her husband for our Christmas party at our home and am now using her a second time for a wedding I am helping plan for my neighbors. She has been absolutely wonderful. She is extremely responsive, arrives on time, and the food is delicious. Our guests raved about the food after the party! I would highly recommend Ruscio's Table Catering and will be a repeat customer! Delicious food · Professional staff · Good for parties · Creative cuisine · Great value"

"Thank you for making my daughter's 21st party such a success. Both Maurizio and Helenia were extremely professional. Communication before and during the event was excellent. The pizza's were superb and all guests raved about the quality, taste, variety and amount of pizza on offer. I would happily recommend them and use them for all future events. "Luigi deserves the highest praise possible. My daughter's BartMitzvah was a wonderful success, due to their excellent care and professionalism!!! The entire place was decorated as we requested with attention to every detail. The food was fabulous!!! Our guests truly enjoyed themselves and commented on the beauty of the setting. I have nothing but the best words for Luigi and his staff. Well done!!!!"

"We had them cater our event and I swear we were treated like royalty. Owner is very down to earth and amazing. Walked us through every step of our set up. We we’re working g on a budget and he really went out of his way to give us the most bang for our buck and work with us. Food was the best we have ever had. It does not get more authentic than these guys. Highly recommended."
