Improved Messaging System

Our new global message inbox is a game-changer. Now, you can manage all your messages in one place. The real-time messaging feature ensures that you can respond instantly, making it easier than ever to coordinate and finalise details swiftly. No more juggling multiple threads—everything you need is at your fingertips.

New Instant Quoting System

We understand that time is money. That’s why we’ve added a new quoting system to allow suppliers to quickly submit quotes to customers. From now on, you will only need to enter a single total fee that covers all taxes, travel, and expenses. Our system will detail your take-home amount, enabling you to ensure you are satisfied before the customer views the final price.

Many suppliers have mentioned that our previous system was more complicated than those of other platforms and have sometimes forgotten to include our 10% service fee in their quotes, or miscalculated the total. Furthermore, some suppliers were misusing the travel fee section by placing their main fee there to avoid the Service Fee, which has become too difficult for our small team to manage.

The improved system provides a clear breakdown, so suppliers know exactly how much they will receive without any complicated calculations. Customers will always pay exactly 10% of the total when they book. This transparency not only saves time but also ensures that both parties are on the same page from the get-go.

Simplified Contact Process

For customers, submitting inquiries to suppliers has never been easier. Our streamlined contact process reduces the steps required to get in touch, making it simpler to ask questions, request quotes, and discuss details. This enhancement is designed to help customers connect with the right supplier faster, without the hassle.

New “Suggest a Supplier” Wizard and Shortlisting System

Finding the perfect supplier can be daunting, but not anymore! Our new Suggest a Supplier Wizard guides customers through a step-by-step process to identify the best matches for their needs. Additionally, the shortlisting system allows customers to compare and save their favourite suppliers, making the decision-making process more efficient and less stressful.

Major Home Page Updates

We’ve made significant updates to our home page to help visitors reach the best supplier for their event much quicker. The new layout is intuitive and user-friendly, with enhanced search functionalities and curated recommendations.
