The 2Tone Project 8 piece Ska band covering all the top 2Tone hits.

We are an 8 piece band so require sufficient space for the band and a PA system. A minimum of 2 electrical outlets is required.

Postcode and entry timings are required. We usually arrive 2 1/2 hours prior to performance.

We have full PA system.

We are able to play music from Spotify before and during. We do not offer the service once the band has finished as we will be packing away our equipment.

2 soft drinks for each member.

We have performed around the country. We have supported Bad Manners and entertained a crowd of 8000 at Castleford Tigers. We have played a number of festivals around the UK and have regular monthly spots at pubs and clubs in West Yorkshire

We don’t really have a favourite type of event. Our music is timeless and infectious so we always have a full dance floor. As long as people are dancing we are enjoying ourselves.

The band has 2 full time musicians, 2 ex military musicians and 4 seasoned amateur musicians. All the band members have at least 30+ years performing experience. Since its formation in 2021 the band has played over 300 gigs.

We play all the chart hits from Madness, Bad Manners, The Specials and also hits from The Beat, Toots and the Maytals, Dexys, The Liquidaters, Jools Holland, Bob Marley and The Selector

90% of our set is Ska/2tone music but we do include complementary pieces too and also have some of our own originals that we can include.

We normally arrive 2 1/2 hours before performance to set up and sound check. We offer 2 sets of 45mins+ and 2-3 encores.

We will perform outside but require shade from the elements. There must be power supply to the performance area and we ask for a barrier between the band and dance floor.
We can only play under cover in wet conditions.

We make sure that we play all the most popular Ska numbers, but as long as we have 3 weeks notice we are happy to play a request.

We receive constant praise and great reviews from clients and audiences.

We aim for no less than 45 mins for the first set but our second set is often 60 mins
