Our basic technical requirements are minimal. For acoustic performances, we generally need chairs without armrests and adequate lighting. If amplification is necessary for larger venues, we may require access to power outlets and sound equipment like microphones or speakers, but we can provide these if needed.
We typically need to know the size and layout of the venue, whether it’s indoors or outdoors, and if there’s access to power for amplification. Additionally, we’d like to know the event schedule, setup location, and any specific instructions for load-in and parking. This helps us ensure smooth setup and a seamless performance.
Our typical setup time is about 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the event and venue. Performance times can vary from 1 to 4 hours, with breaks in between if needed. We’re flexible and can tailor our performance length to fit the client’s needs.
We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.
Yes, clients can have a say in what we play! While we have a set repertoire of popular classical and contemporary pieces, we are open to taking special requests to ensure the music perfectly complements the event. We work with our clients to create a personalized experience.
