The Rainbow Room, The Plaza Hotel, The Pierre Hotel as well as countless others elite venues were the mainstays of BarbaraAnn’s over two decade tenure with the top society orchestras in New York City. The cruise ship The Emerald Seas was also BarbaraAnn’s home as a lounge performer in the early 1990’s as the lead singer with the ‘Mod Squad’ trio.
BarbaraAnn's influences are as diverse as Joni Mitchell, the intricate harmonies of Brian Wilson, and jazz great Dianne Reeves. She feels having worked in NYC for decades with some of the best musicians on the planet has been the best on the job training there is. Though she loves singing 'live' her recording experience has included national jingles as well as work with many song writers as well as other recording artists including Joan Osborne.

I am happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.
I can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 3 songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them.
Previous customers would describe me as a vocalist who delivers beautiful music at an volume where guests can talk and also I am able to deliver a fun dance set.
