Food: We will cater for most dietary requirements (gluten free, dairy free, nut free, vegetarians, vegans, etc...) as needed for an additional cost. If required we could obtain kosher or halal foods from a specialist supplier (at a cost) as we normally cook pork in the our kitchen.
Food station set up and all disposable serving ware, cutlery, cups and napkins are included in the below pricing. We can organize proper crockery, cutlery and glassware at an additional cost on request.
Pricing of meat has been very volatile and as such the prices quoted below are only guaranteed for the next 3 months unless you pay the deposit in which case it is all locked in.
We specialize in catering for bigger numbers and can cater for up to 5,000 people. If there are budget constraints we can definitely look at reducing at our pricing a bit for bigger functions (over 100pax).
Staffing costs may apply depending on your menu choice and service needs.
Travel costs may apply depending on your location & total spend.
Beverages (both alcoholic & non-alcoholic), furniture, table-cloths, PA, theming, lighting, photobooth, projector, MC, musician, DJ, entertainment, marquees, portaloos, security, lolly buffet, etc... can be quoted on request.
We can also organize themed parties (Bollywood, Circus, Disco, Great Gatsby, Mexican, Oktoberfest, Wild West, etc...) on request.
Payment terms: 50% invoiced on booking confirmation and remainder a week before the event along with finalised numbers. Full payment for food is required 1 week before the event. We offer a full refund in case of any changes up to 18 hours before the function (which is when we start trimming brisket for your function). Any last minute COVID related cancellations will be addressed on a case per case basis to work out the best outcome for all.

Our most popular option is a BBQ box which includes smoked brisket, pulled pork, chicken wings, smoked sausage, corn slaw, pickles, BBQ sauce, bread & crisps and is priced at $30 per person (minimum 30 guests).
Young people really like the Nacho grazing table (see images attached) which is currently on trend and is great when you have different groups of friends that may not know each other. This includes tortilla corn chips, cheese sauce, black beans, pico di gallo, sweet corn, shredded lettuce, guacamole, sour cream and either chilli beef or chicken and is priced at $15pp (minimum 30 guests). You can choose to substitute chilli beef/chicken with either chopped brisket or pulled pork for an additional cost.
Low'n'Slow platters are suitable for stand-up functions. These are normally set up on food stations for guests to help themselves. However we can organise roving staff at an additional cost on request.

We set up tables with the food in disposable chafing dishes and trays, for an additional cost, and people help themselves.
We can also do bulk buy cooked low'n'slow meats that require reheating, as well as sides. We need 5 days notice to prepare and cook your order. Minimum order is $250. We recommend a total serving of 200gm - 300gm of meat per person (depending on the gender mix of your guests as most males generally tend to eat a bit more than most females). A small tray of sides should normally be sufficient for around 10 - 15 guests. A large tray of sides should normally be sufficient for around 25 - 30 guests.
