Blonde Faith formed in January 2017, between each member have decades of experience playing in various successful covers bands all over the UK and abroad.

Bex – Vocals
Bex began her singing career at a young age gigging in a Jazz trio with her music teacher at the age of 15 in local hotels around the North East of England. Realising her interest in music she went on to study a music through to degree level, gigging with a busy five-piece Folk Rock band, Moondance, as well as an easy listening duo Rebecca and Dave. This gave her the opportunity to learn her stagecraft and practice what she was learning.
Once graduated Bex moved to Greece and worked for Thomsons as a gold host for a short while, learning audience interaction. Moving back to the UK she then worked as a resident vocalist/ hostess in a live music venue in the North West of England covering many genres.

Having a gap of a few years doing only studio work Bex missed the excitement and release of live performance. She qualified as a music lecturer, began teaching in Andover and joined a five-piece Rock band “The Inn Spectres” performing all over the South. Stopping only to have a family Bex has been raring to go and met the original bass player of Blonde Faith on 'Joinmyband', within weeks the pairs enthusiasm and efficiency formed Blonde Faith.

Chris – Guitar

As a teenager growing up in the Lake District Chris decided to pick up the guitar after two painful years of drum lessons. Chris joined some local bands and was soon regularly gigging in the North West of England.
To pursue his education, he left the Lake District and ended up in Yorkshire where during his studies he joined a rock band writing original material. After graduation, he joined an 80’s Synth Pop band, Persuasion, around the dizzying heights of Bradford & Leeds.
Moving to the warmer climates of the South of England Chris wanted to be back playing live music. He joined The Cover Ups and enjoyed 8 years of playing most weekends in venues across the UK before a chance encounter with an old mutual friend of his & Bex’s led him towards Blonde Faith, and he’s never looked back!

Nick – Bass player
Nick is a well experienced musician, having worked in many bands in the southcoast, some including successful Glam Rock covers band Party Animalz. Nicks favourite band is Status Quo, he’s a talented, enthusiastic and animated performer that gels well with the band performances and produces some top notch vocals to enhance our lead melody lines.

Matt - Drums
At 13, Matt left sleepy Dorchester on a music scholarship in the New Forest, playing jazz and rock. After completing music A Levels, he went to University in Sheffield where he was in an originals band for 5 years reaching success in the North East with air time on BBC Radio 2.
After graduating, Matt moved to the Middle East to start a new challenge, working in Jordan and Dubai playing in various covers bands across the UAE. After recently starting a family and moving back to his home County of Dorset, Matt has been eager to join a new group on the South coast and enjoy the live music scene once more. Matt answered a call on “join my band” and the band embraced him as soon as he walked into the audition, recognising some superb drumming talent. Do listen out for his impressive fills! His influences range form the Foo Fighters, AC/DC and RHCP, through to Massive Attack and Bowie.
