About / Biography

THE BOBBY GUITAR ROCK & ROLL REVIEW

There was a time when people actually danced to rock & roll. Those times continue with The Bobby Guitar Rock & Roll Review.

This is the page for Hall of Fame TV composer, singer/songwriter and rock & roller Robert Porembski AKA Bobby Guitar.

Playing jingly jangly rock guitar that earned him the nickname “Bobby Guitar”, the Rock & Roll Review plays the songs of the Beach Boys, the Beatles, Marvin Gaye and other Motown, Classic Rock and British Invasion artists as they were meant to be played-- authentically.

With longtime friend and drummer Dan Goldfedder, the Review’s latest “World Tour” has included stops at the legendary “Cavern Club” in Liverpool, England (birthplace of the Beatles) and The Hard Rock Cafe in Boston. Most recently, they performed a rock & roll spectacular for 25,000 people at the City of White Plains New Year’s Eve Celebration.
