The Absurdist Pipe Band Three or four piece fun clowny pipers and street entertainers, music old and new

As a three or four piece drummers and pipers outfit we mix fun music and gags to brighten up any parade, party, wedding, festival, indoors or out.. We are mobile and acoustic and can play pretty much anywhere and on the move. Musically we use our pipes to play tv theme tunes, classic swing hits, film themes, dance tunes and more. And a healthy burst of Scottish and Irish trad where required. We are bright cheerful and spontaneous in a stunning mix of kilts, wigs and clown shoes. If required we can pull out banjos and bodhrans and play songs and trad, but we work best out and about among the people. We require no p.a. or stage and are generally immune to weather. We very much like to party on after the event wherever possible. At Christmas time we are out and about as elves, with suitable repertoire.
