I have been involved in magic for over 30 years and have been performing professionally for more than a decade.
Set-up can range from 15 minutes to an hour depending on the type of show and venue....and typical show lengths are 30 to 45 minutes.
For walk-around and strolling magic yes. If it is a more traditional show being performed outside it is important to have a flat level surface as a performance area.
