Equipment and Liability* - Gustavo Caruci is responsible for providing and maintaining their own equipment. - The Client is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of Gustavo Caruci 's equipment during the project or event. *6. Confidentiality* - Gustavo Caruci agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding the Client's project or event, including any sensitive or proprietary information. *7.
