Cellist Galya Sky (LT) and saxophonist Koen Boeijinga (NL) found each other in music and built a special duo act. Both musicians are graduated from Dutch conservatories and have many years of experience in the professional field of music.
The heartwarming sound of cello blends beautifully with the bright and lyrical tone of soprano saxophone. This creates enchanting acoustic music which fits perfect for special events and intimate celebrations, like weddings, engagement proposals, opening ceremonies, etc. In addition to cello and soprano saxophone, they play a wide selection of other unique string- and wind instruments.
The duo can prepare songs on requests. Besides, the duo is specialized in improvisation. With this skill they highlight the uniqueness of each moment and event.
