Deposit of 50% due on confirmation of booking and other 50% due week before event. - Where cancellation is made within 48 hours of confirmation no cancellation fee is due unless the event date is within the following 7 days, in which case 100% of the total remaining booking fee will be due to the Artiste. - Where cancellation is made after 48 hours of confirmation but 365 days or more from the event 25% of the total remaining booking fee will be due to the Artiste. - Where cancellation occurs within 365 days and up to 91 days or more from the event 50% of the total remaining booking fee will be due to the Artiste. - Where cancellation occurs within 90 days and up to 61 days of the event 75% of the total remaining booking fee will be due to the Artiste. - Where cancellation occurs within 60 days of the event, 100% of the total remaining booking fee will be due to the Artiste. Public Liability Insurance/Portable Appliance Test Certificates/Risk Assessment Statements. The Artiste/Supplier confirms that the equipment used and/or supplied is well maintained and covered by appropriate and prudent Public Liability Insurance and PAT certificates, The Engager has the right to request sight of the appropriate documentation to substantiate these assurances prior to use of the equipment, and it is the Engager's duty to satisfy itself in this regard if the equipment is for use by the public.
