Classical Wedding Singer Kathryn Yorkshire's own Katherine Jenkins

Kathryn is a classically trained singer available to perform at your wedding or "special occasion". Her elegance, poise and professionalism will ensure that her performance will create an emotive response making your special day even more memorable.

Kathryn began her training at the Sheffield Music Academy where she gained her ABRSM Grade 8 Singing qualification. Since then, she has gained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and Music (Hons) at Bishop Grosseteste University, Lincoln, and has performed extensively as a soloist in many locations including the Santa Maria del Mar church, Barcelona, in 2012. During this time, Kathryn has been under the vocal tuition of Hilary Osborn, Stephen Holloway and Anne-Marie Czajkowski.

Kathryn specialises in weddings and has a rich and expressive voice which is guaranteed to add warmth and sophistication to your day. She is available to sing during the signing of the register, as your guests arrive and enjoy a drink at your reception, or is otherwise fully flexible with arrangements which can be tailor-made to suit your day. She is able to assist you with choosing the music which will best fit your occasion and has an extensive collection of repertoire, although her training and musicianship skills allow her to easily accommodate new song requests and customise programs according to your themes and preferences.
