House band at Rick’s Boatyard, Eddie Merlots, Sullivan’s, Ellingtons et al. Many weddings, concerts, corporate events and fundraisers. When we switch gears for 20s, we really have fun with Flappers and dates on the dance floor.

We enjoy receptions with serious dancers and events with appreciative attendees. We love to please our clients and respond to those in attendance.

CONVERGENCE has been performing for 25 years. We’ve played incredible venues—from clubs to park concerts. Veteran jazz players, no primadonnas. Curren edition features exceptional clarinetist who doubles on tenor sax, Trumpet player/singer (Sinatra to scat), guitarist (with PhD in guitar—loves 20s, trad jazz and solos with symphonies), drummer/singer with historic Indiana Avenue roots, and me—the least of these—on bass.
