We are not a catering (which heats the food on the spot, the food prepared in a laboratory, elsewhere) nor a mobile restaurant (with a van or other). Depending on the menu we prepare everything fresh, on the spot, from scratch—the whole dinner, from starter to dessert. So we don’t bring food boxes, but shopping bags with ingredients. Allow me to show you our private services.
1. COOKING CLASSES: Times for the course: 10,30-1,30pm+ lunch (comfortably sit at the table)
OR 4,00pm-7,00pm + dinner (comfortably sit at the table)
Ours is a full service: shopping transfer running the cooking class (about 3 hours + lunch/dinner with fruits of your labor) serving at the table (while you're comfortably sitting) cleaning up the kitchen (*) (*) In the case of more than 10 diners, and in the absence of a service person at your facility, we ask for your collaboration in helping us with the table, the dishes—only seasonal, fresh ingredients.
Each Cooking Class is usually structured in 2 ways
N°1 Full Italian Typical menu:
Bruschetta
1 Italian/Tuscan Homemade Pasta (such Tagliatelle) + 1 Typical Sauce; 1 Italian/Tuscan Homemade Stuffed Pasta + 1 Typical Sauce
Only seasonal, fresh, and local ingredients. You can choose your starting dinner time in the range 6,30pm- 8,00pm Fresh homemade pasta before your eyes.
