An accomplished vocalist and guitarist, Dave Alan has been a performer for over 30 years. Working in clubs ,pubs, corporate events holiday camps and hotels, Dave began his first forays int to the pubs and clubs in the late 70's.
Born a Scot ( and proud of it) he is now based in Tenerife. Fortunate enough to have a great vocal ability and an easy going but engaging style, audiences soon warm to Dave's unique performance and enjoy joining in with the choruses and good humoured banter

A Roman amphitheatre in Cyprus at a folk festival. A fantastic audience who sang with you on the choruses.
All sorts. Small venues pubs and Hotels where I can interact with the audience
Started gigging in the late 70's in folk clubs. Decided to experiment with other genres of music which led me into pubs hotels and corporate events . I'm happy to say that I have enjoyed my many years in this industry
To many to choose from but as an example I enjoy the Rat Pack various country acts and several old and modern bands
I normally arrive 1 hour before performance to set up. My usual time is 2x 45 minutes although 2x 60 minutes is possible with negotiation
Yes but ask that shade ,a flat level surface and power supply close to the performance area is provided
I'm always happy to learn new songs but have to limit this to 3 songs
Previous clients would describe me as someone who enjoys interaction with the audience and getting the crowd going
