Dead Reckoning is a 5 piece tribute to the musical legacy of The Grateful Dead. We also perform as a 4 piece, a trio and a duo, and Cosmic Charlie performs solo acoustic. NJ British Invasion band also available. Playing hits of Pink Floyd, The Rolling Stones, Traffic, The Beatles, Jethro Tull and other classic British bands.

We play vintage entire catalog of The Grateful Dead, Jerry Garcia Band, and Bob Weir. We also play many songs by The Rolling Stones, Beatles, Pink Floyd, Bob Dylan, Warren Zevon and many others. Our repertoire is around 800 songs.
We require electricity, and we can do the rest
We need to know if venue provides a PA, drums or backline equipment.
We are able to provide sound and lights at an additional cost
We can play pre recorded music between sets
We play all over the state of NJ, with select dates in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York, Maine and Florida.
We love to perform at all types of events
Each member of the band has multiple DECADES of experience as professional musicians.
We all love the music of The Grateful Dead, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Pink Floyd and dozens of others. There is no favorite artist, and the favorite song is the one we're currently playing.
We require at least 2 hours to setup if we are providing sound and light. If house provides sound and light we require 1 hour to setup and soundcheck
We love outdoor gigs
We are open to requests, if we know it we will play it, so long as it's in our genres.
