DJ Deepna Service Terms and Conditions These Terms and Conditions apply to all DJ services provided by DJ Deepna. By booking my services, you agree to the following: 1. Booking and Payment • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking date. • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 48 hours before the event. • Last-minute bookings (within 7 days of the event) require full payment upfront. 2. Cancellations and Refunds • Cancellations made by the client less than 7 days before the event will forfeit the deposit. • If I must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of any payments made will be provided, or a replacement DJ will be arranged, subject to availability. 3. Travel and Expenses • Travel within a 30-mile radius of Nicosia is included in the price. Additional travel expenses: •. Larnaca +30€ • Limassol: +40€ • Paphos: +60€ • Protaras/Paralimni: +50€ • • Accommodation may be required for events exceeding a 100-mile round trip, to be arranged by the client. 4. Equipment and Setup • DJ equipment is included in the service fee. • Extra speakers are available for an additional 100€. • The client must ensure the venue has sufficient electrical outlets and a safe space for equipment setup. • Setup requires access to the venue at least 1 hour before the event. 5. Performance and Music • I specialize in a variety of electronic music genres and will tailor the set to match the event’s atmosphere. • Requests for specific songs or genres can be discussed prior to the event. • I reserve the right to decline playing inappropriate or offensive material. 6. Liability • I am not liable for any damages, injuries, or issues caused by the venue, attendees, or external factors during the event. • Clients are responsible for the safety and security of the equipment while on the premises. 7. Timings and Overruns • Performance duration is agreed upon at the time of booking. • Additional time is subject to availability and charged at 80€/hour. 8. Force Majeure • I am not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond my control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, or emergencies.
