DJ Technical Requirements
To ensure a smooth and high-quality performance, the following technical requirements must be met by the venue or event organizer:
1. Space and Setup
• Minimum DJ booth/table size: 1.5m x 1m.
• A stable, sturdy surface to support the DJ equipment.
• Covered or shaded area for outdoor events to protect equipment from weather conditions.
2. Power Supply
• Two separate power outlets (220V) close to the DJ booth.
• Reliable and uninterrupted power supply.
3. Sound System (if not provided by the DJ):
• High-quality speakers and subwoofers suitable for the event size.
• Professional-grade mixer and amplifier.
• If extra speakers are needed, the client can request them for an additional 100€.
4. Monitor Speakers
• At least one monitor speaker near the DJ booth for optimal sound cueing.
5. Lighting (optional):
• Basic lighting setup for the DJ area (can be discussed based on the event).
Access and Setup Time
• Minimum of 1 hour setup time before the performance.
• Easy access to the venue for loading and unloading equipment.
7. Venue and Environment
• Adequate ventilation and a safe, clean environment.
• Proper security for the DJ booth and equipment to avoid accidental damage.
If any of the above cannot be arranged, please notify me at least 48 hours before the event to discuss alternative solutions.
