DJ Benc is an open-format DJ based in Zagreb, who specialises in providing top-quality entertainment to all kinds of events, from weddings and private parties to corporate events and club partys.
Started 30 years ago with my first performances in Zagreb clubs and clubs in the wider Zagreb area. I played on the Slovenian coast, in most of the famous clubs in Croatia, at parties with more than 2000 people. My musical roots come from growing up with rock in the 60s, and my musical formation and maturation came in the 80s and 90s, performing in a range of genres from hip-hop, synth pop, rock, pop, r&b, dance, house, britt pop and other significant musical genres.
As one of Zagreb’s first dedicated wedding DJs, Benc has decades of experience in designing bespoke sets for the weddings he performs at.
His wealth of experience gives him all of the skills, talent and professionalism to put on a show like no other, while his adaptability makes him the ideal choice for weddings and any kind of party with music sellection from 60s till these days.
Based in Zagreb, DJ Benc is more than happy to travel and does so regularly to perform at events across Croatia and beyond.
DJ Benc is also the owner of his own company called BENC EVENTS, through which he can realize and ensure various client requests.

I need a power outlet, a high table for DJ equipment if possible, and one parking space. It is possible to use an equipment stand if it is not possible to provide a table.
I need to know the size of the space for the sound system, the number of guests/invitees, and a rough idea of what kind of music is expected. All details can be agreed upon via email or call and by filling out my client questionnaire.
I provide sound systems for parties of up to 100 people. Additional sound system can be arranged.
I can provide Tidal playlist or DJ playlist before and between sets.
In my 25+ year career, I can't decide which gig and location was the best because there are so many. I'll just name one - a wedding on a sailboat sailing from Split to Hvar...
