I've been doing stand-up comedy for 20 years now. Started in bars and clubs and still there just get paid slightly slightly more

I have a PDF I send out to perspective venues that outlines the very basics of how to run a comedy show if you've never done that before and my show is usually an hour with just me and if you'd like me to bring another act then an hour and a half

Yup I have no problem as long as the set up works well

For an extra fee I can write some jokes specific to the event but any show I do has a fair bit on improvisation with the crowd
