- Directions to the venue and the specific location to load in our equipment.
- Whether there is a sound limiter in the venue and the power setup so we can plan accordingly.

We typically arrive 2 hours before the performance to set up and soundcheck. Our standard performance is 2 x 60-minute sets, but we're happy to adjust the duration to suit the client's vision. That said, we've found that these set times work best for both us and our audiences.
