About / Biography

Emily Mazzella is a New York based Jazz Vocalist, who works with various ensembles; from the Birdland Big Band in Manhattan, to intimate piano-voice duo settings. Emily has musical roots in RnB, and started studying jazz seriously when she was at just 16 years of age. Emily has put out her debut studio album “Awakening” which she recorded in 2021, and is currently in the process of getting ready to release her second live venue album, live from the Poli Club at the Palace Theater in Waterbury, Connecticut. Emily is all about the interconnectedness of spirituality and music, and values her own original interpretation of classic jazz standards as something she can offer for weddings, cocktails hours, and house parties.
