My name is Fifi la Mer, I am a Parisian accordionist singer and with my musician friends on clarinet, tenor saxophone or guitar we would love to entertain you by taking you to Paris through music.
We perform acoustically or amplified according to your requirements, instrumental and vocal songs ideal for listening and dancing to.
We can lead a wedding procession as a duo or trio while playing from the church to the reception venue through a village, a town or a city or walk around the tables as we play for that "Je ne sais quoi" feeling sometime interacting with guests or not interact and create a lovely elegant mood.
We are available to hire for all your functions including weddings, parties and more.
Our huge repertoire includes classic jazz, "Musette" (Parisian folk), "Chansons Realistes "(made famous by Edith Piaf), Chansons Francaise (French songs originally sung by Nougarro, Gainsbourg) French film music and 60’s to 70s French pop.
We have performed at music venues such as St Martin in the Fields, the Royal Opera House (Covent Garden), Wilton Music Hall, the Queen Elizabeth Hall, the National Theatre, Ignite as the royal Albert Hall. We have also played on the Orient Express, at the West Sussex Game Fair, and on boats, the Belle Vallee on the River Seine, Paris. We played at" La vie en Bleu " Bugatti " racing weekend event, for the London city festival, the bloomsbury festival, the Royal Ascot to name a few events. I regularly play at "le Manoir aux Quat Saisons" ( Raymond Blanc). We have played in most of the Park lane Hotels: Grosvenor house, 4 seasons, The Dorchester, The Lanesborough.... and at the residence of the French Ambassador in London.
We travel around Europe performing at extiting events - Parties, Weddings , Corporate .

We are regulars at Ronnie Scott’s jazz club and the brasserie Zedel in London where we performed over 700 times .
We delight audiances all around the UK performing in theatres .

We can supply light and sound system for up to 250 guests standing
We would need to know if we need to be amplified. If the venue provides the amplification or if we need to bring it. How far from where we will be performing is the closest electrical socket.
We can provide a sound system and lights .
We can provide recorded music during our break(s) if required.
We loved performing at the residence of the French ambassador in London .
It was a lot of fun.
performing 800 times at the brasserie Zedel in London was also fabulous . It was different and exiting every night.
We love all the events we are booked for.
If someone decides to have live music for an event and choose us we will do all we can so the event is a success .
Many people who booked us to entertain at their wedding rebooked us for the baptism of their 1st child or a big birthday a few years later. We can vary what we do so the quality and the essence of what we do is always there but the songs can be different depending on what the person who is booking us is looking for.
I always wanted to sing .
Our fee is based on 3x 30 or 2x45 minutes playing within 2 and a half hours but we can flexible in order to suit the timing of your event.
We are happy to perform outside but we would need to perform in the shade and a flat surface .
If you would like us to be amplified we would need a power supply/
We are happy to have a chat with the client about the repertoire and would do all we can to accommodate the client if the requests are in the style of the music we usually play and if we are given enough notice.
