We are Ellie and Phil and together we are Flame Acoustic Duo, a sophisticated acoustic duo putting our own unique twist on your favourite songs.
With a wide and varied repertoire covering songs from the 60's,70's,80's 90's right up to the present day.
For us every performance is unique, an opportunity to make your event extra special and unforgettable.
With that in mind we will work with you closely to ensure that we meet your requirements and expectations, whether it be your special day, a corporate event or an evenings entertainment at your venue.

Ellie Keech – Vocals
Ellie has a voice that captivates and resonates. Her musical journey began at a young age, influenced by legends P!nk, Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Kelly Clarkson and Amy Winehouse. Phil Brookes – Guitar
Phil brings a wealth of experience and artistry to Flame Acoustic Duo, with a background that spans various genres and styles. A self-taught guitarist, Phil's emotive playing and intricate arrangements are influenced by icons such as Eric Clapton and James Taylor. His passion for music shines through in every performance, as he skillfully complements Ellie’s vocals with his melodic guitar work.

We don't need a massive amount of space, just 2 x 13 amp power sockets nearby and one parking space
We need to know the full address and any additional directions/instructions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment
Yes, we’re completely self contained.
We bring our own PA system to all of our gigs as well as a simple lighting rig
Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify before, after and between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music
As a guitarist Phil has worked throughout the UK and Europe with the Highlight being the Satta Outside Festival in Lithuania. He also had the honour of playing at the iconic BBC studios in Maida Vale which he sites as the best venue.
We love playing at all sorts of events.
We normally arrive 90 minutes before the performance to set up. Setup time approx 30 minutes.
We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 60 minute sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best
We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area
We can learn specific songs before the event.
The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them.
