Custom FLASHMOB Organizer [Online/On-site] Flashmob dance by Guests (ideal for wedding surprise); incl. Choreography &Comms

Want to organize a fun flashmob with all the guests to surprise the bride and groom, or birthday person, or even in a corporate event?

You can rest that task on me! A customized dance and engagement with guests, with the goal to make it fun and entertaining for everyone joining and an amazing surprise to those you’re celebrating.

i will create a choreography to the song you’d like, at a easy dance level that any guest could follow (regardless of age and size and skill). Happy to suggest songs aligned with the style in mind.

The practice videos are created with easy sets and breakdown steps:

• 1 video with full dance routine and on screen labels to indicate sets and groups
• 1 video with slow step-by-step breakdown of the sets
• All videos are shared over unlisted youtube links

Aligned with you (Main PoC), we will organize the list of guests into groups, and the other each group start dancing in the song (typically each group is a family or friend circle, however it makes it easier for the group to align and practice together).

Communication of flashdance and these videos are done online (preferably via Whatsapp to the group leaders).

All guests practice at home alone or with their groups.

Additional services (to be agreed)

1. 30mins practice session for core family group, either online or I come to you. [60€, plus travel expenses]
2. At the party, dancing with guests in the flashmob [250€, plus travel expenses)
3. At the party, video shoot 1 camera (1 angle) and a video production [250€, plus travel expense]
4. At the party, video shoot 2 cameras (2 angles) and a video production [500€, plus travel expense]
   
   

To organize this in due time, considering the team needed for guests to practice, please contact us ideally latest by 1,5 months in advance to the party.
