About / Biography

As a French priest who lived in the US, I’m surprised how couples face difficulties when wanting to organize their wedding outdoors in France. I therefore decided to offer that service and help Bride and Groom to prepare their wedding ceremony and preside over it.

I was ordained a priest in 1998 in Marseille (Southern France). A few years ago I got married and was withdrawn my catholic accreditation. However I continue to offer my skills and experience to couples who do not want a secular ceremony because it lacks depth, solemnity, spirituality, but instead seek to organize a traditional wedding ceremony. I bring them my skills as a priest, along with my experience to elaborate with them a ceremony that connects with them and resembles them, with understandable expressions, rites, and symbols, in an atmosphere of emotion, prayer, communion. I’m offering not a wedding planner service, but my expertise in adapting the ceremony to the Bride and Groom’s personalities, values, and wishes, and leading a meaningful moment of commitment and profound joy.

Order of Ceremony, an example to be adapted

1. Processional (Solemn music)

The groom comes first, then his best man, the bride of honor, finally, the bride (arm in arm with her father)

2. Welcome Joyful music : for example Oh Happy day !

3. Readings : Religious or poetic & spiritual

4. Exchange of Consents, private Vows

5. Blessing and Exchange of Rings

6. Prayer of the spouses

7. Prayer of best man and bridesmaid

8. Nuptial Blessing

9. Signatures and photos
