Funk Opus
To help explain who Funk Opus is, we must first define what it means. What is funk music? Its a style of music with a mix of rhythm, blues and soul that is known for its popular style of accenting “on the one”. What does Opus mean? An artistic composition. Together they make Funk Opus.
We are a party band made up of artists who met in different ways. Some met by chance, some are old friends and others came together because they had musical friends in common. We are more than a funk band. We dabble across all genres as long as you can dance to it.From classic funk/soul to popular main stream songs we can cover it all.
What can you expect from Funk Opus? A strong groovin bass player, a awesome funky guitar player, a skilled and talented drummer, a gifted keyboard player and strong lead and harmonic vocalist.
