- organizers of the event has to have accessible 2 parking spots for the band, close to entrance of the venue for
unload the instruments
- necessary to have power sockets for plugging in the instruments (for guitar 2x for piano 2x for bass 2x);
- collective doesn't provide amplified horn section (if venue doesn't have equipment for amplify the horn section, it will play acoustically, what doesn't necessarily mean that's an issue - it all depends on the size of the room - everything is discussable;
- minimum Stage Size: 12m (width) x 6m (depth)
This size ensures that each musician has enough room for their instruments and any necessary equipment, while still allowing for clear sightlines, movement, and comfortable interaction between band members;
- accessible backstage/storage space where musicians can keep cases of their instruments and personal belongings.
We need to know:
- possible parking spots;
- size of the stage;
- is there is a power - how many electricity sockets;
- if venue can provide the backline (from minimum to maximum);
- address of the venue.
Yes, we’re partly self contained.
We can bring our own amps for e-piano, guitar and bass.
However, collective doesn't provide amplified horn section (if venue doesn't have equipment for amplify the horn section, it will play acoustically, what doesn't necessarily mean that's an issue - it all depends on the size of the room - everything is discussable).
Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify before and between our sets if it's necessary.
We normally arrive max 2 hours before the performance to set up and make a sound check.
We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes.
We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter sets - all depend on organizator desires.
We’re fine to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply (at least 6 electricity sockets) close to the performance area.
