We provide a technical rider depending on the layout the client requires.

To ensure a successful show, we would appreciate the following information about the venue:

Stage Dimensions and Setup:
Stage size (length, width, height)
Available space for equipment, instruments, and movement
Stage access (e.g., entrances, loading areas)

Sound and Lighting:
PA system details
Monitor system and microphone availability
Stage lighting (standard setup or specific requirements)
Availability of a sound engineer or lighting technician

Power and Electrical Outlets:
Number and location of power outlets on stage
Power load capacity for amps and instruments

Load-In and Setup:
Load-in time and location
Parking for equipment vehicles
Setup time, sound check schedule, and duration

Backstage Amenities:
Green room or dressing room availability
Food and drink options or rider policy
Access to restrooms and showers, if available

We do not provide sound and lighting equipment. We typically rely on the venue's system.

Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify before, after and between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music.

My favorite event was the Dubai Shopping Festival of 2024 in City Walk Dubai. The stage was fantastic and the team of engineers were extremely professional.

Choosing the greatest song of all time is tough—there are so many iconic ones across different genres which makes it hard to choose.

Co-founder of Hats Off, Sana is a captivating vocalist renowned for her versatility and expressive range. With a B.A. in Jazz Musicology and over a decade of experience, she has commanded stages as both a lead and backup singer across various genres. Known for her ability to seamlessly blend technical skill with raw emotion, Sana's performances leave a lasting impact on audiences. Her voice, often described as soothing yet powerful, showcases her deep understanding of music's nuances, making her a standout talent in the industry.

We normally perform 3 x 30 minutes or 2 x 45 minutes sets.
Sometime by client demand we play 2 x 30 minutes sets.

We particularly enjoy performing outdoors, especially in the late evening or at night when the temperatures are cooler and more comfortable. Daytime performances can sometimes be challenging due to the heat, which can affect both the performers and the audience. Additionally, we place a strong emphasis on having a high-quality sound system, as outdoor acoustics require more careful handling to ensure the best possible audio experience.

We offer a large repertoire for clients to choose from, and we're happy to accommodate song requests. We kindly ask that any special requests be sent to us in advance, giving us enough time to prepare. While we make every effort to include requested songs, we do reserve the right to decline a song if it's particularly complex or if we don’t have sufficient time to work on it. Ultimately, our goal is to ensure a high-quality performance that meets the client's expectations
