The contracting party must supply the following:
* a 2x4 meters (minimum) area suited for the performance .
* a power supply nearby the performance location.
* a proper cover for sun or rain. (if needed)
* a small table and chair.

I will need to know which type of venue and the exact location, date and time of the gig. Also, if there are any specific requests, they should be adressed in the first contact, previous to the booking.

I have a compact PA system, not suitable for open spaces. As for lighting, my current equipment is very simple but works fine.

I can provide ambience music myself, before and between each set of the performance.

The main technical requirement is that the power supply is always available and that my safety as well as the safety of my equipment are guaranteed.

The best gig I've ever done was back in 2008, performing as the opening act for the English reggae band Steel Pulse, in my birth country, Venezuela.
The best venue I've ever worked at, was also in Venezuela, the Humboldt Hotel in Caracas.

My previous experience was as an all original songs band member, from 1994 to 2006, with an average of 5 to 8 gigs a year, whilst having a 9 to 5 job. Yes, as long as the travel and stay expenses (which are asides of the show fee) are previously arranged and covered in advance by the contractor party.

I arrive the venue from 1 to 2 hours previously, to set all the necessary gear up and play some ambience music before the performance. Normally, the sets are one hour long, with 15 minutes breaks. If the mood of the audience is right, an encore of a couple of songs is done.

As long as there's a proper sun or rain protection for myself and the gear, it's okay.

Since requests can be very specific, I work with an extensive repertoire list to choose from; however, there's always the possibility to please somebody by karaoke, but limited to one song per set only.
