Olha Chornokondratenko wurde in einer Musikerfamilie in Kyjiw, Ukraine, geboren und begann im Alter von sechs Jahren, Violine zu spielen. Sie absolvierte ihr Studium an der Nationalen Musikakademie in der Violinklasse (2004–2012). Viele Jahre war sie Mitglied eines Philharmonie-Quintetts, mit dem sie Konzerttourneen außerhalb der Ukraine unternahm. Außerdem spielte sie im Kammerorchester Virtuosen Kyjiws.
Ruslana Mamchenko wurde am in der Ukraine geboren. Anschließend setzte sie ihre Ausbildung an der R. Glier Musikakademie in Kyjiw fort (2010–2015), wo sie von 2001 bis 2010 Violine und Gesang studierte. Ihr Bachelor- und Masterstudium absolvierte sie an der Kunstuniversität Graz in der Viola-Klasse von Herbert Kefer (2015–2024).
Nach Beginn der großangelegten Invasion in 2023 zog Olha nach Wien. Dort beschlossen wir, unser eigenes Projekt mit einzigartigen Arrangements für ein Duo zu gründen, das jedoch klanglich viel mehr Stimmen vereint.
