We need appropriate space for the band size which allows for speakers, instruments, monitors and each band member.
The venue size, the exact room where we will be performing, accessibility for off loading equipment and parking, information on any sound limitations, whether there is a green room for the band.
We source sound and lighting from external sound engineers. The price of this will be included in our quote.
Yes we are happy to play music between sets. For before and after sets this will be an additional cost which varies with the sound engineer.
We performed at Five Zeros Supercars Barn in Bradford-on-Avon recently. The venue was amazing and it was a pleasure to perform surrounded by Ferrari's, Lambourghuini's, Aston Martins and other high end car brands.
We play weddings, corporate and private events but we love events where the crowd are lively and get up to dance with us! Weddings are great for this.
We started as session musicians and met online which lead to the creation of Inspirit.
We love all soul, motown and funk artists such as Sister Sledge, Chaka Khan and Michael Jackson but we also love the club classics and garage songs. We perform a variety of music but our favourite has got to be Proud Mary at the end of the night!
Dependent on each individual booking requirements.
Our main performance length is 2 x 1 hour sets. The sound engineer arrives between 2-4 hours in advance and the band will arrive 2 hours before to set up and soundcheck.
If we have appropriate cover and space as well as level ground and power supply it shouldn't be an issue for outdoor performances.
We can learn the first dance song for weddings and 1 ceremony song (if we are booked during the day as well as the evening) but we generally have a repertoire which we will confirm with the client prior to the gig. We have a standard set with a mixture of songs that we know works well for all events but are happy to replace/ remove songs if the clients wish.
Previous clients have described us as a talented group of musicians who know how to work the crowd and how to get the party started, with our performance, song choices and crowd interaction.
