Hailing from Mobile, AL, the birthplace of Mardi Gras, ItsInTheBook has always had a love and respect for DJing. To him it is a true art form that requires dedication and discipline, and he has a great appreciation for those who do it well. Not one for many words, whenever asked why he enjoys DJing so much, his response is simple yet profound “because it’s fun”. ItsInTheBook is often complimented on the fact that he is not only able to play songs that everyone knows, but in the same breath, dig in the crates and incorporate B sides that are often unknown. You can find ItsInTheBook spinning on Get Live Radio on Saturdays at 9pm, WVFG 107.5 FM Radio, 97.7 The Surge every day 12am-1am, and on his Twitch channel on Tuesday and Sunday at 5pm. Along with these sets, he also performs at special events in and around the metro-Atlanta area. ItsInTheBook’s future endeavors consist of performing at live festivals, scratching on records, producing instrumentals, and developing his own radio station.
