For solo piano, I will need a performance space of 6 x 6 feet. I can provide a digital piano and amplification and would require access to an outlet.

Is there a loading dock and/or elevator?

I can provide sound and lighting. Lighting would be a separate charge.

My favourite gig to perform was for a corporate event at the Ritz Carlton. However, my all time favourite event was hosted by myself and my creative partner. It involved a small string orchestra, fire dancers, and fashion designers. It was an incredible night.

I've been performing for almost 2 decades. I started in bars and restaurants in latin bands as well as a supportive musician in a backing band for R&B singers. I eventually got into teaching and performing in hotels, corporate events, and weddings shortly after.

My favourite artist of all time is Stevie Wonder. My Cherie Amour, Ribbon in the Sky, and I Wish.

My style of piano playing covers a wide range of genres from classical, jazz standards, pop tunes, rock, and R&B. I play solo piano and offer live music in a violin and piano duo, with a steel pannist, and with a singer. I also perform with a live painter who paints in tandem with my playing. This option can be offered in addition to any of the above live music combos that I have to offer.

I often arrive an hour or more before my performance time to setup and do sound check. For wedding ceremonies, I perform a 15-20 minute prelude while the guests are being seated, and 4-5 selections during the ceremony.

Cocktail hour often run an hour, so I will perform for the duration of that time.

For any event that exceeds 1 hour, I take 15 minute breaks at the top of each hour. These times can be discussed to cater to the times of the event.

I'm happy to perform outside as long as there's coverage from the outside elements and the temperature is above 17 degrees or a heater can be provided.

The client can ask for a specific genre (top 40s, Classical, Film, Disney) and I will gladly put together a customized set. If the music selection is for a ceremony, the client can absolutely request the songs! I also have a repertoire to help them narrow their options if they need inspiration.
