About / Biography

At parties, I work mainly with DJs, creating the so-called "LIVE ACT".
This involves adding instrumental inserts to songs in real time. It is a great compromise between live music and mechanical music. Songs gain a new and unique arrangement. I also have a lot of numbers that I perform with the instrumental backing tracks. I can quickly adapt to a given kind of music and create music for it on the fly. I love the 70s/80s/90s, pop, soul, jazz and also stronger club rhythms.

I have performed at numerous concerts in clubs, restaurants and various types of events.
I have also collaborated with many artists, including Electric GRLZ, Big Bands, DJs. I graduated the Academy of Music in Krakow, the Faculty of Jazz and Popular Music.

The greatest gig was at the centre of Cracow in the very luxurious restaurant. It was polish influencers wedding.

I love playing at all sorts of events but weddings are my favourite! The guests are always happy and it’s easy to get them dancing. I also love playing at big bands and theatre, like jazz music.

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

I am normally arrive 1 hour before the performance to set up. I normally perform with DJ, which is 20/30 minutes per set. I am happy to play a bit longer or shorter but I found that these set times suit me and the audiences best. When I perform solo, I usually play 30/40 minutes sets.

Are you happy to perform outside?

I happy to play outside but I ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

I can learn specific songs before the event but I usually limit this to 5 songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from my repertoire or let me choose the music for them.

How do previous clients most commonly describe your performances?

Previous customers would describe me as a high energy person that loves to get the audience on their feet dancing.

The saxophone is the perfect complement to a DJ during an event. It is a great compromise between 100% live music and mechanical music. More and more often, clients decide on this form of musical setting. Is it worth it? Of course it is! Music is one of the most important elements during a party, which remains in the memory of all guests!

As a professional musician, I find myself in most musical genres. From jazz to pop, soul, funk and club music.
