Kieran Gunter is a solo guitarist who performs classical repertoire as well as his own bespoke arrangements of jazz, pop and world music. He is frequently booked to play at events including wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions and corporate events. In recent times he has performed for events at Harrods, Fortnum and Mason, Marylebone Town Hall and the Portuguese Embassy in London amongst many others.
By booking Kieran, you will be getting high-quality guitar music that will softly resonate around your event space, adding a touch of class and sense of occasion. Guests at your event will appreciate the music as it softly states familiar melodies to their ears. Sometimes it will create a swirl of different colours that will relax them whilst other times it will get their toes tapping. Other times still it may just remind them of a good holiday they once went on!
Kieran is a very versatile performer, able to perform amplified or fully acoustically. He can perform indoors and outdoors to anywhere up to 100 people. A typical length of time to book him for his ninety minutes, split into two halves with a short break in the middle. The shortest he does is thirty minutes and the longest is three forty-five minute sets. He is able to accommodate requests if the tune can be suitably arranged for solo guitar performance.

I need an armless chair or stool and to be within 55m of a power source. I need a space of minimum 2x2m.
We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment. Is there also parking at the venue?
I bring sound but not lighting.
Yes.
Yes.
All I require from my clients is a space that is two by two meters minimum, a chair (must be without arms) or stool and to be within ten meters of a plug socket. If you are wishing for me to perform outdoors and the nearest plug socket is more than ten meters away I will need you to provide a long extension cable.
Royal Festival Hall with Marc Almond.
A wedding ceremony.
I have played various types of guitar all my life. Gigging just came about naturally from that during my teenage years. It became my fulll time occupation upon graduating from conservatoire in 2016.
Most influenced: J.S. Bach, Favourite Artist (currently), Queen, Greatest Song. Dancing Queen.
For an acoustic performance, it can be as little as 5 minutes.
For anything involving electricity, I recommend minimum 15 minutes.
We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area. There has to be a plan B for if it's raining. Unless there is a great deal of roof cover when playing outdoors (i.e. a marquee or gazebo).
We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 5 songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them
Adds a nice charm to the event. Is unobtrusive and musically very varied.
This is normally not a problem and I will try to be as flexible as possible. If you are aware of a change to your timings, please do let me know as soon as possible though.
