Solo guitarist vocalist 3 x 45 min | €600 (EUR) |
My name is Louis and I am a guitarist and singer with a lot of experience playing in bands and as a solo artist.
My repertoire of some 200+ songs includes the biggest hits in rock, soul, country, blues, and pop in a period from the 1950s until the 2000s and it is suitable for any kind of event - be it background dinner music or a joyous party, I can cover it all.
I sing, play guitar, sometimes use a looper for more instrumental sections, and even throw in some harmonica on a stand.
Excellent musicianship and song list for every occasion!

PA system, microphone stand, and cable.
I bring my own guitar.
Precise directions, PA system info, crowd capacity and house lighting.
Yes, I'm completely self-contained. I bring my own PA system to all of my gigs that are within driving distance from my home.
Yes, I can, I use Apple Music and I can play any list on my PA system.
I performed far and wide with my band and also traveled the world as a guitar vocalist performing on various cruise ships plus I did a lot of one nighters in clubs and pubs along with wedding parties.
The one gig that holds special place for me is when I fronted my band at the opening ceremony for the University Olympics, it was epic!
I enjoy playing various kinds of events because that way everything is always fresh, maybe wedding parties are my favorite because there is so much positive energy.
I started performing when I was still in high school. In the meantime I finished music academy and performed in all possible settings, there must be over a thousand gigs I played since then!
The Beatles and The Rolling Stones are my two pillars. I saw Stones live 8 times and counting and saw Paul McCartney as well and they're treasures to behold.
Anything by them gets the crowd going.
I usually arrive 2 hours before the performance so I can have enough time to set everything in peace.
The setup doesn't take long - all I need is a quick sound check to connect my guitar and try the microphone/guitar balance.
Usually, it is 3 x 45 mins but it depends on the occasion.
I'm happy to play outside but I ask for shade to protect me and the equipment from the sun or rain, a flat level surface, and a power supply close to the performance area.
I can learn specific songs before the event but I usually limit this to approx 2 songs. The clients are welcome to pick songs from my song list but I have a lot of experience I know how to adapt my set to follow the audience's mood.
Skilled, professional, and most importantly, totally fitting for the event that I was hired - be it a Valentine's Day dinner, Wedding party, corporate event, or just a good old bar performance.
I usually play 3 sets but it all depends on the occasion and my agreement with the client.
