I play a variety of piano music as background for special events, weddings, parties and holiday-themed evens, from classical and Broadway to pop and hymns.
I've played for weddings, private parties, ladies teas, fundraising and non-profit events, church services, and more. I previously played in New York City with several bands and genres. Song requests are welcome in advance as I do play by ear.

Yes, I'm happy to play music from Spotify before, after or between my sets. I'm happy to choose the music myself or let the client choose the music.
My band played a show at the famous Elbow Room in New York City. I've played piano for weddings in Bella Vista, AR at beautiful venues. I've also played piano for lovely women's events at First Presbyterian Church in downtown Tulsa, and for special church services such as Easter and Christmas.

I've been playing pop, classical and church music since I was a kid, and got into performing when I lived in NYC from 2000 to 2010. Since I play by ear, it's opened up lots of opportunities to play weddings, women's tea lunches, private events, birthday parties, retirement homes and churches.
I grew up listening to classical then switched to pop and rock after college, so I have varied musical tastes!
I typically arrive 20 -45 minutes before a performance time, depending on whether I'm familiar with the location. I like to get a quick feel for the piano when I arrive, or the keyboard. If I'm singing as well I'll do a quick mic check. Then I'm pretty much set to go!

Yes, I take song requests. Since I play by ear, I can accommodate most requests that are made in advance.
