Technical Info

What are your basic technical requirements?

"We need a performance space of at least 8 meters x 5 meters. We require 2 x 13 amp power sockets and 2 parking spaces."

What information do you require about a venue?

We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment. We’d also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter in the venue."

Do you provide sound and lighting equipment?

"Yes, we’re completely self contained. We bring our own PA system to all of our gigs as well as a simple lighting rig."

Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

"Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify before, after and between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music."

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best gig you've ever done and the best venue you've ever worked at?

I played the day after the John Patitucci trio in Piacenza, for the Piacenza jazz Festival in the Milestone Jazz club.

What's your favourite type of event?

We love playing at all sorts of events but weddings are our favourite! The guests are always happy and it’s easy to get them dancing."

What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

We started gigging whilst at conservatory and our performances developed from there. Since we started we’ve performed at hundreds of weddings, parties and events across Switzerland and France."

Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

"John Coltrane, Sonny Rollins and Charlie Parker: ." They are my saxophone Idols and the most important musicians in history of jazz.

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

We normally arrive 1 hour before the performance to set up. We normally perform 2 x 60 minute sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best."

Are you happy to perform outside?

We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area."

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 3 songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them."

How do previous clients most commonly describe your performances?

Previous customers would describe us as a high energy group that loves to get the audience on their feet dancing."
