Marvin Rivero and Gülce Altunel met around early 2023, through another project, a Latin band. After sharing some time, they realized a genuine musical connection and artistic paths alike, so they decided to create a duo project called “Magic Groove”.
They use a drum machine and loop pedal for the rhythm section and song tracking while Marvin sings and plays guitar as well as Gülce sings, and plays trumpet, bass, and harmonica. They play a wide variety of music genres, such as Rock, Pop, Latin, Top 40, and more included in their repertoire.
Magic Groove is looking forward to entertaining the worldwide audience with its energetic, fresh, and diverse repertoire and set-up.
