"Estación Sur" or Southern Station from where departs a train of music to travel throughout the South American continent.
It is a formation that was born in mid-2016 thanks the passion of five musicians who want to tell through music their origins, their culture. A South American group in that three of its members were actually born in Peru and Argentina, and the two Italians have always studied and delved into Afro-Cuban music. The repertoire includes pieces by Manu Chao, Santana ,Jarabe de Palo, Buena Vista, Fabulosos Cadillacs ,Los Rodriguez ,classics of music Latin(Salsa,Rumba, Cumbia, Chacarera and Festejo) and some original songs composed by the "Estacion Sur" themselves. , a genre that given the characteristics and instruments can be defined as "indie-latin-rock".

"We normally arrive 2 hours before the performance to set up. We normally perform 2 x 60 minute sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer

"We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 2/3 songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them."
