As winner of the Canada Silver Medal for classical guitar, Mark Hildebrand has proven that he has the skill and dedication necessary to bring the best to his shows. Raised in gospel music, trained in classical music, he has also studied the masters of blues and finger-style guitar.
For over 35 years, Mark has applied this training, combined with enthusiasm for the craft, to entertaining audiences wherever they are. From festival headliner, to intimate weddings, he chooses the most appropriate repertoire and delivers it flawlessly.
Songwriting has become another rewarding outlet for Mark’s talents. Nominated for a Canadian music award for “Waiting”, he has also written bespoke songs for weddings, commercials, and celebrations. He is currently finishing off a third album of original tunes that are sneaking onto the airwaves already.
