- 1. Reservation of the date requires a deposit of 50% of the quoted price. The remaining amount must be paid by the day following the event date. - 2. If the presentation is outdoors, an alternative indoor space must be provided in case of rain. - 3. For outdoor performances, shade must be provided for musicians and instruments. - 4. The performance location must have an electrical outlet and be on a flat surface. - 5. Basic meals must be provided to musicians if their presence at the event is necessary for more than 3 hours. - 6. For each hour of performance, a 10-minute break is required for the musicians. - 7. If an extension of our services beyond the agreed timeframe is requested, and if all parties can accommodate it, this can be negotiated on site, which may result in an additional fee to the initially agreed quote. - 8. The unloading area for instruments must be located within a maximum distance of 50 meters from the location where the musicians will perform. If the distance between the unloading area and the stage exceeds this measure, the event organizers must provide assistance for transporting the equipment, or the band will not be held responsible for any delays or damages arising from the transport of the instruments. - 9. The professionals involved undertake to provide their services as long as the basic conditions mentioned above are guaranteed.
