Michael Shingo Crawford is an American wedding violinist based in Tokyo, Japan, performing classical music and creative arrangements of popular music, and anime soundtracks. Michael not only performs as a soloist, but also collaborates with local musicians in Tokyo, forming ensembles such as violin and cello duo, violin and piano duo, string trio, string quartet, and more!
As a native English speaker with conversational Japanese ability, he is able to communicate effectively with both international clients and local collaborators.

I can play outside as long as long as temperatures are above 13°C (55°F). If there is rain, I must have a fully covered area to play in.
Because string instruments are extremely sensitive to moisture, even the slightest amount of rain (with no cover) will prevent me from performing, to avoid damage to my instrument.
