We need a performance space of at least 5 meters x 4 meters. We require 2 power sockets and 2/3 parking spaces.

We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment. We’d also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter in the venue.

Yes, we’re completely self contained. We bring our own PA system to all of our gigs as well as a party lighting rig (4 par colored led).

Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify before, after and between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music. Among our services is still available the DJ set service!

The location in the area of Florence that we prefer is the Antica Fattoria di Paterno. At the Teatro Verdi in Florence and the Museo della Scienza e Tecnologia in Milan we played for two prestigious international awards. We then played for a convention ESA (European Space Agency) in Villa Salviati.
We have accompanied with our music parties and weddings of famous entrepreneurs, footballers and Italian politicians.

Playing at weddings and private events is very engaging and exciting for us. From the magical atmosphere of an aperitif at sunset to the dances and fun of night parties under the moon!

Our musicians all come from experiences of tournism and teaching. Our singers have participated in nationally-renowned television talent and have won national and international singing awards.

MoonDance Band is an Italian band composed of professional musicians who will bring their experience to your service, ensuring an always engaging and versatile performance. With over ten years of experience in the events industry, the band guarantees quality and reliability.
They will provide expert advice and suggest the best solutions for your every need, equipped with professional instruments to cover the entirety of your event, including jazz/ soft pop for cocktails, funky/dance for parties, and DJ sets.
Equipment available upon request includes double audio systems and mixers (to ensure the management of two complete setups), lighting systems, a smoke machine, DJ console, and accompanying playlists.

We normally arrive 3 hours before the performance to set up. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 60 minute sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best.

We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area (it is always a good idea to have a plan B in case of rain).

We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 3 songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them. Regarding playlists in playback or DJ sets instead can be chosen entirely by the customer.

The lineup of MoonDance Band is fully customizable and ranges from a trio to a sextet.
The band is equipped with electric/acoustic guitar, bass/double bass, drums/percussion, keyboards, saxophone, vocals (or multiple vocalists).
Upon request (for classical sets), violin and cello can be included.
We have four highly talented and acclaimed singers, from diverse backgrounds, who take on the role of frontman. They are among the most sought-after in the Tuscan region. Depending on availability, our clients have the opportunity to select their preferred singers from our roster.
We can offer different solutions for: religious and symbolic ceremonies, aperitifs (jazz or pop), parties (dance, funky and soul), DJ Sets.
