New Sensation - INXS Tribute show - Minimum 45mins up to and including 2.5hrs$2000 (USD)
Provision of acoustic support acts if required - Minimum 30mins up to and including 1.0hrs$600.00 (USD)
By agreeing to this show the interested parties / all person(s) have agreed to enter into this agreement with Rock Puppy. This agreement is governed by the Terms and Conditions set out below: PLEASE NOTE : SPECIAL CONDITIONS 1. Please be advised that Rock Puppy does not accept responsibility for any claims arising from injury to band members or loss or damage to band equipment. Furthermore Rock Puppy is not liable for any third party claims against you. We strongly recommend that you arrange your own public liability insurance, equipment insurance and personal accident insurance so that you are fully protected in the event of such claims. 2. Rock Puppy executes this as a promoter of the Act (New Sensation) but is not a party to this agreement and accordingly will not be liable for any default by either party. 3. Any and all damages to IN house PA equipment or venue fixtures as a direct result of negligent or malicious actions by the band or associated individuals will be charged to that band or individual. 4. All enquiries from this engagement and the contracted client must be directed back through Rock Puppy for a period of no less than 12 months of the contracted date. 5. If the band or any members of the band, breach clause 4 above, Rock Puppy are entitled to the remainder of the commission payable under this agreement, being the commission payable to Rock Puppy for the remainder of the 12 month period. 6. If the venue, band/act cancels any confirmed booking they must notify Rock Puppy a MINIMUM of 72 hours before the agreed start time. If cancellation by the band/act either within cancellation timeframe or other, due to mitigating circumstances that could have been avoided by the band/act, causes Rock Puppy to unduly lose commission for the particular booked show, the band/act will be liable to pay Rock Puppy the commission lost. This will be assessed on a case by case basis by Rock Puppy. 7. Rock Puppy is responsible for notifying all parties involved in this agreement in the event of a cancellation by either party. 8. Cancellations made by the venue on the day / night of the booking attract a 100% cancelation fee of the total amount being invoiced by Rock Puppy to the venue. 8A. Cancellations made by the venue within 7 days of the booking attract a 75% cancelation fee of the total amount being invoiced by Rock Puppy to the venue. 8B. Cancellations made by the venue within 14 days of the booking attract a 50% cancelation fee of the total amount being invoiced by Rock Puppy to the venue. 8C. Cancellations made by the venue within 21 days of the booking attract a 30% cancelation fee of the total amount being invoiced by Rock Puppy to the venue 8D. Cancellations made by the venue within 30 days but no less than 22 days prior to the booking date attract a 15% cancelation fee of the total amount being invoiced by Rock Puppy to the venue. 8E. Cancellations made by the venue 30 days or more prior to the booking attract no cancellation fees except in the case of New Year’s Eve where a 15% cancellation fee of the total amount being invoiced by Rock Puppy to the venue applies. 9. Where applicable, in the event that evening meals are not provided by the venue, an additional $30 per person fee will be added to the final invoice. 10. In the event that accommodation has been contracted by not supplied by the venue, the artist will source their own accommodation and any such cost of doing so will be passed on to the venue to be reimbursed in full. All costs will be verified by receipts.

This fully authentic show takes audiences on an engaging musical journey through all the biggest INXS hits, spanning 4 decades, with tracks such as Listen Like Thieves, Burn for You, Need You Tonight, I Send a Message, Never Tear Us Apart, Original Sin, Don’t Change, Devil Inside and of course what's a New Sensation show without the icon smash hit New Sensation!

These and many, many more are all in store for the ardent and most fervent INXS fan...

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

Our set up if providing audio and lighting production is approx 2 hours.
Performance times are negotiable with the client
Set length times can vary but are usual comprised 2 x 60 minute sets with a 15 minute encore.
All shows include a 30 minute intermission (set break) to allow for costume changes
